Specializing in providing a wide range of financial advisory services, Robert S. Castellini is actively engaged in various community projects and organizations, such as the Dan Beard Council.

The Dan Beard Council is an administrative wing of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), which serves the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky regions. The large youth organization administers various scouting programs, including visits to High Adventure bases such as the Florida National High Adventure Sea Base, which provides quality aquatic programs. Sea Base caters to youths interested in scuba diving, sailing, and fishing.

Serving 16,000 participants each year, Sea Base traces its roots to the early 1970s, when it began as a local program known as the Florida Gateway to High Adventure. Based in the Florida Keys, the program was developed by Sam Wampler, a South Florida Council professional scouter. Initially, the program offered sailing programs utilizing local marinas to offer chartered sailing services to and from the Bahamas.

Later, the Sea Base became part of the National Council of the BSA, providing high adventure services. The other high adventure facilities at the time were Northern Tier High Adventure Base and Philmont Scout Ranch. Over time, the facility has expanded and introduced new Sea Base programs to meet the needs of Scouters looking to participate in exciting adventures.
