The Anthony Munoz Foundation aims to positively impact the physical, mental, and spiritual lives of youths across the Tri-State/Greater Cincinnati area. The foundation has transformed the lives of over 55,000 youths and runs various impact programs, including the Youth Leadership Seminar.

The annual Youth Leadership Seminar partners with Centene Corporation. Hosted at the Crossroads Complex in Mason, Ohio, the seminar brings together more than 70 tri-state schools and 1,000 high school students who meet for a day of goal planning and leadership training.

During the seminar, students network, learn from local leaders, and participate in breakout sessions to discuss critical issues and brainstorm follow-up action plans. Each year, the seminar adopts a unique theme. In 2023, the seminar chose "enVision" as its theme, aiming to challenge students to engage in discussions about their future. Teachers, administrators, and coaches from the Tri-State high schools can register for the free event. Each school participating in the leadership development seminar can enroll up to 15 students from the 9th to 12th grade, along with three supervisors.
